How are the covers made?
Each cover is designed from the photo and story you send us, and every single one gets a human touch. A real person reviews and refines your cover, from the headline to the final details, before you ever see it. You see a proof before anything is final.
What photo should I send?
A clear, well-lit photo where the face is easy to see works best. Higher resolution gives a better result, especially for framed and acrylic editions. Please only send photos you have the right to use.
Can I make changes before it's final?
Yes. We send a proof for your approval before the final file is delivered or anything goes to print. If you want to use a different photo, you can swap it once per order.
What's the difference between the editions?
Spotlight is the digital file. Limited Edition is a framed print. Collector's Edition is printed on acrylic and float mounted, our most premium option.
Can I order for someone under 18?
Yes. A parent or guardian places the order and provides the photo.
Do you ship outside the U.S.?
Not yet. Printed editions currently ship to U.S. addresses only. The digital edition is available anywhere.
Can I order more than one?
Every cover is designed individually, so each order is one cover. Want several copies of the same cover? Email hello@youmadethecover.com to ask about multiple order discounts.
